About the Library
The Alberta Government Library - Monenco Site (Alberta Energy Calgary) primarily serves Alberta Energy staff. This site receives approximately 75 journals and has approximately 5,000 books and technical reports focusing on oil, natural gas, electricity, energy policy, regulatory materials, and deregulation. Collections specific to this site include the APMC [Alberta Petroleum Marketing Commission] price bulletins, energy pricing and energy regulatory collections. The library staff provide a full reference service, document delivery, and access to their collection, to Energy staff. Other clients can make use of a limited reference service and onsite borrowing of selected areas of the collection.
