About the Library

The Justice Canada offices and law library are in a secured area that is is not open to the public. Though the Law Library is a closed stack collection, all items in The NEOS Libraries' Catalogue may be borrowed if available. Users are advised to phone (rather than coming to the Department) to find out if the material is available for borrowing. Law Library staff are prepared to retrieve requested items from the shelf for lending, photocopying, package materials, and mail, otherwise make available for pick up at our reception and/or utilize the document delivery van service among participating NEOS libraries.
